Thank you for making a booking with us. Please see below a few points ahead of your service.
- Please remove all life jackets, towels, vehicle covers etc from your ski, prior to drop off
- Remember to bring your keys and lanyard with you
- If someone, other than the owner or financial controller of the ski, will be dropping off or collecting. Prior arrangement with service department will be required
- There is a cost involved for all servicing, to save embarrassment, please speak to our service team prior to any works being carried out
- During busy times, we may ask you for a small booking deposit, this deposit will come off your final price on collection
- All daily services are to be dropped off no later than 11am, if you need to drop off later please let our service team know, so we can reschedule your service for the following day
We will send you a reminder text the day before your booking, please respond with your estimated drop off time. Please let us know if you are under any time constraints either on drop off or pick up, so that we can accommodate your needs as best as possible

Booking Deposit, terms & conditions
During busy times, we may ask for a booking deposit. This will come off the final price of your service or repair. If you need to cancel or change your booking date, notify us more than 24hrs prior to your scheduled booking, and we can refund, or move your booking and deposit to a new date. If you wish to change or cancel with less than 24hrs notice. Your deposit will be forfeited.
If we request a booking deposit from you, please know that your booking is not confirmed, until booking deposit is paid. Booking will be cancelled after 24hrs if deposit is not paid
