Orders placed on a weekend, or public holiday, will be processed the next business day

Standard shipping: 3-5 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Shipping times are an estimate only, and do not include processing times.
Shipping times can be affected due to different couriers and your specific location.
Items sometimes may show as in stock online, but may not be in stock in our store. These items will be ordered from our supplier same business day, and shipped to you as soon as they arrive to us.
Some parts may be available to place on back order. Back order times vary from item to item. If unsure, please give us a call. Once your back ordered part arrives, it will be shipped to you same day.

We do no accept returns on parts or accessories due to “change of mind”
If you decide you no longer want the part, after your order has been placed, please contact us ASAP on 49569110If your order has not yet been packed, we may, at discretion of management, arrange a refund for you. Less any processing fees.If you order has already been packed and/or sent. No refund can be offered.
We take no responsibility for ordering of incorrect parts. If in doubt, please call us.
Any clothing or apparel can be exchanged if you ordered the incorrect size.All returns must be arranged with us prior to returning.Require proof of purchase, must be returned within 30days.Return shipping is at buyers expense. Must be received and evaluated by us, before any replacement will be sent. Your replacement will be sent free freight.If your required replacement item is not in stock, and unable to be ordered within a reasonable time-frame. We will offer you, a store credit to be used, or a refund of your original purchase amount. (less any freight charge & processing fees)
Faulty Items
If you received an item you believe to be faulty. Please contact our team, via phone or email. We will require an email outlining the fault, with relevant pictures. Once we have reviewed your request, we will contact you to discuss. Please do not send back any faulty parts until we have approved the return.We can arrange for pre-paid shipping to have the item returned to us. We ask that you pack the parts as they were sent to you. If an item is deemed to be faulty, we will offer you either a replacement, credit, or refund.Each case is addressed on its own merits. We offer no guarantee that an item will be deemed as faulty. No electrical items, can be returned as faultyIncorrect parts selection, fitment, or transit damage will not be treated as faulty.
