Before You Drop Off

  • Remove all personal items such as life jackets, towels, vehicle covers, or any equipment from your Jet Ski.
  • Remember to bring your keys and lanyard.
  • If someone other than the owner or financial controller will drop off or collect the ski, please arrange this with our service department before your vehicle is dropped off.

Service Costs & Booking Deposit

  • All servicing, repairs, and diagnostics carry a cost. To avoid surprises, please discuss any work with our service team before leaving your watercraft with us.
  • During busy periods, we may ask for a booking deposit. This deposit will be deducted from your final invoice.
  • Daily services should be dropped off by 11:00 AM. If you need to drop off later, please contact us as we may need to reschedule your service for the next day.

Important Notices

  • Whilst all care is taken, we do not accept responsibility for loss or damage while your PWC is in our possession.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure your watercraft is insured.

Booking Deposit Terms & Conditions

  • A booking deposit may be requested to secure your appointment during busy periods.
  • Deposits are credited toward your final service or repair price.
  • If you need to cancel or change your booking, please notify us more than 24 hours before your scheduled time to receive a refund or reschedule your deposit.
  • Cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • If we request a booking deposit from you, please know your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours, your booking may be cancelled.

Booking Reminders

  • We will send you a reminder text the day before your appointment.
  • Please reply with your estimated drop-off time.
  • If you have any time constraints for drop-off or pick-up, please let us know so we can accommodate you as best as possible.
  • If someone other than the owner will be dropping off or collecting your ski, please call us to confirm your booking and advise who this will be. We will still need to contact you (the owner) to approve any and all works.

Q: Can someone else drop off or pick up my Jet Ski?

A: Yes, but please notify our service team beforehand to arrange this.

Q: What happens if I arrive after 11:00 AM?

A: We may need to reschedule your service for the next day if drop-off is later than 11:00 AM. You can still bring it in on your scheduled day, but it may not be returned the same day.

Q: What's the earliest I can drop off for my booking?

A: Earliest drop off is from 8:00 AM. DO NOT leave your PWC unattended at our premises before this time.

Q: How do I pay the booking deposit?

A: Our service team will provide payment details if a deposit is required.

Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?

A: Please notify us at least 24 hours before your booking date to avoid losing your booking deposit, if paid.

Q: When will my Jet Ski be ready?

A: Timing varies depending on the type of service. Standard services are usually completed the same day if dropped off before 11 AM (however, during busy periods, this may not be possible). Larger services, repairs, or diagnostics may take longer. Availability of parts can also impact certain repairs. Our team will keep you informed as best as possible.

Q: I’m in a hurry — how long will the booking process take?

A: Booking times can vary due to a variety of factors, but usually the process is smooth and takes about 5 to 10 minutes.
